Why is the first clean only $99?

We’re launching in London and offering first-time customers a low-risk way to try us. It helps us build long-term local relationships.

Do I need to be home?

No, most of our clients provide a code or key when they feel comfortable.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, we bring premium, professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly solutions.

What if I need more than 3 hours?

3 hours is perfect for a deep-clean 'Reset' of your core areas. If your home needs more love, we can discuss an extended session during your assessment (held at or after the trial cleaning proves our level of service to you).

What if I only want the $99 clean?

That’s completely fine. The $99 clean is a one-time trial so you can see our work. Many customers start this way, and some stop there.

Will I be pressured into ongoing service?

No. There is no sales pressure during or after your clean. We’ll check in once to see how it went. If you don’t want to continue, that’s the end of it.

Is this a bait-and-switch?

No. The $99 clean is a full, professional deep clean at a trial rate. Ongoing service is optional and clearly priced upfront. There are no surprises and no pressure.

What about after my trial clean?

I started Northern Neighbour because too many London families were tired of unreliable cleaners and unclear pricing.

I noticed something frustrating about the cleaning industry here in London: It has become a world of faceless apps and massive franchises where the owner hasn't stepped inside a client’s home in years.

When companies get too big, quality becomes a roll of the dice. You get a different person every week, and the standard starts to slip.

I wanted to build something different. We are a boutique launch, which means we aren't trying to be the biggest company in Ontario. We are focused on being the best in North London.
